      1. Pay Online & Pickup

      Save time at pickup by paying by credit card online.  

      • When ready to check out, click the ‘Cart’ button in the top right of your screen.
      • After reviewing your items in the cart, click ‘Check Out’.
      • On the Contact Information page, enter your information under ‘Billing address’ and click ‘Continue to payment’.
      • On the Payment page, leave ‘Credit Card’ selected, enter your payment details and click pay now.

      After completing your order, you will receive confirmation of your order by email and / or text with your order number. KEEP THIS! You'll need the order confirmation number when you pick-up at The Hub Store!

      Picking up Your Items

      Pick up schedule for online purchases:

       

       

      • Wednesday Friday - 9am-12pm
      • Saturday - ALL DAY 

      Instructions:

      • Proceed to the cashier to collect your item(s).
      • Show the cashier your order receipt. 
      • You have 7 days to pickup items paid for online.
      • You will receive one reminder email or text message a day before your pickup period expires after which time your items will be returned to the store.

        Refunds & Returns

        • If you purchased on-line, and are unsatisfied with the item, you can leave without the item and we will re-post it to the store. Your card will be refunded and you will receive am electronic notice of your order cancellation.
        • No returns are accepted after you have left the store with your item(s).
